Shipping and Returns Information
At AdultDVDKing.com, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and accurately. Our team processes orders each business day, and most parcels are sent out by the next business day after payment is received. To avoid unnecessary delays, please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping charges will apply and must be paid by the customer.
Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We only use Australia Post for domestic and international deliveries. This ensures trackable, reliable, and cost-effective delivery. All orders are sent in discreet packaging with no adult-related markings. Below are our general shipping rates and delivery estimates:
Australia
– Flat fee of $10 AUD
– Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
United States
– Shipping starts at $7 USD for 1–3 DVDs
– $1 USD per additional title
– Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
Europe
– Shipping starts at 8 EUR for the first DVD
– 1 EUR per additional title
– Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days
Prices may vary over time depending on postal rate changes. We aim to use the most economical service available while ensuring tracking and security of your parcel. Orders are not dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared.
Peak Period Delays
Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak holiday periods such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter. Postal services experience higher volumes during these times, and delays at customs may also occur for international shipments. We recommend placing your order early if purchasing for a specific occasion.
Order Tracking and Dispatch
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you. This number allows you to monitor your parcel’s progress via the Australia Post tracking system. In some regions, tracking may pause once the parcel has been handed to a local courier. This is normal, and your parcel should still arrive within the expected timeframe.
Discreet Packaging and Billing
All parcels are sent in plain packaging with only the return address visible. There is no mention of adult content or our store name. Your credit card or bank statement will list the purchase as “RMV” — RMV Management Pty Ltd — to maintain your privacy. Nothing about the transaction will indicate the nature of the products ordered.
Returns and Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please notify our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. You can reach us by email, phone, or through our contact form. We take care in packing all orders, but if something is wrong, we’ll provide clear instructions for how to return the item for replacement or refund.
Return Process
– Contact our team as soon as possible with your order number and the issue
– Let us know your intent to return the item
– Include a copy of your invoice or receipt in the return package
– Clearly describe the fault and who you spoke with regarding the return
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, a replacement or refund will be issued. If the returned product is found to be undamaged or correct as originally sent, the item will be returned at the customer’s expense.
No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Due to the nature of the products sold, all sales are final unless the item is faulty or an error was made in packing. Please choose your titles carefully before placing your order.
