We understand that you would like to receive your order quickly so it is important that you enter the correct delivery address. Many parcels are returned to us as undeliverable due to this information not being filled out correctly or fully. Cost for resending items incorrectly addressed will by due by the customer

We will ship your items using the most economical and quickest means. Some orders are dispatched the same day as receiving them but we aim to send all orders by the end of next business day. Here are our standard delivery times -

Australia - Australia Post - $10AUD Flat Fee - Delivery 2-5 business days.

United States of America - DHL - *$5USD +$1.5 per additional title - Delivery 5-10 business days

Europe - DHL - *5Euro + 1.5 per additional title - Delivery time 7-15 business days.

Please be aware, that the goods will not be shipped until payment has been confirmed. Here at adultdvdking.com we take immense pride and care with our packing of all internet, phone and mail orders - sometimes accidents or errors do occur. If there is something wrong with your order, notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing goods must be received by our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of your parcel arriving. If your parcel does contain a damaged, faulty item or the item was not as described - we will provide instructions upon contact as to how to return the goods as set out in our returns policy section below.

The adultdvdking will only replace items which are found to be faulty or if an incorrect item has been shipped. There is no satisfaction guarantee on any of our goods or products, however true to our exceptionally high level of customer service, we will always aim to keep you happy and satisfied. We are also unable to offer any form of exchange policy, or change of mind for any and all DVD Purchases. If your parcel does contain a damaged, faulty item or the item was not as described - we will provide instructions on how to return.

You may wish to return a product that unfortunately has a manufacturing defect for a replacement or credit. Please read through the following steps carefully if you need to return any goods to us.

*Notification of a defective product must be received as soon as possible on receipt.

*Please contact our customer care team via phone, email or contact us form of the issue

*Notify us of your intent to return the goods.

*Include any return paperwork like receipt and detail the nature of the defect, your order invoice number, and to whom you spoke to regarding the return.

*On the product's return we will inspect the product, and if it’s found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement or refund.
